Order Supplies
   
 
To order supplies from your laboratory, click on Lab Supplies in the right-hand navigation bar. First, click inside the boxes to place a check mark next to the items you wish to order. Click again inside the box to remove a check mark that you have placed.

Next, indicate the quantity of each item you would like to receive. Antech allocates approximately 10% above your prior month’s supply usage. You may indicate any quantity you wish, but please be advised that not all special quantity requests can be accommodated. If you receive a different quantity of supplies than you requested, a Supply Status Card will be sent with your order detailing the adjustment. Questions should be directed to your local Antech customer service department.

When you have completed your order, click "Place Order" to process the order. The order is sent by email to your local laboratory for fulfillment. Allow 4-5 business days for delivery.

Important: Only users set up with a valid e-mail address will be able to place orders for lab supplies. If you do not have a valid e-mail address recorded in your user account, the following message will appear:

The name of the clinic administrator(s) in your hospital will be listed at the end of the message (see arrow, above). Only clinic administrators have rights to make changes to user accounts, including adding e-mail addresses. Contact one of the people on the list to update your account so that you may order laboratory supplies.
