The main page of Order History shows all of the orders you have placed, beginning with your first order on Zoasis. The list is sorted in descending Order # order by default. You can sort the list by clicking on the other column headings (Date Ordered, Total, Status).

There are two types of orders – online orders and external orders. Online orders are placed on the Zoasis website. External orders are placed any number of other ways – by phone, fax, email, or even in person. External orders can easily be identified by the “-X” suffix to the order number, as shown below.
