The Lab Ordering module is database intensive. To optimize your experience with the product, we recommend using a high-speed Internet connection, either broadband, DSL, cable- or satellite modem. Dial-up users will experience some delays in loading of forms and database information.

Additionally, we recommend using the most recent version of either Microsoft Internet Explorer browser – currently version 7.0 or Mozilla FireFox browser – currently version 3.0.
