There are two ways to trend a patient’s laboratory results.

1. From the Laboratory Results Screen
The quickest and most convenient way to trend your patient’s lab results is right from the Laboratory Results screen. The owner’s name is a quick link right to the Patient Trending Report. Simply by clicking the owner’s name, you can launch the Patient Trending Report and locate any results found with an exact match to the owner and patient name on the current result.

Once the Patient Trending Report screen has been launched, you can broaden the search criteria by using partial strings, allowing for possible typographical errors that could have occurred at lab entry.
For example: Where the owner’s name is Hoffman Sheri, to broaden the search, delete alpha characters from the end of each name, in the owner and patient name fields. Then click GO.
This will find any results with a client last name beginning with the letters “HOFF”, who have a patient’s name beginning with the letters “MAND.”

2. From Laboratory Reports > Patient Reports Screen
From the Zoasis Homepage, click on Laboratory in the top left corner, then Reports on the far right.

Select the Patient Trending Report under Patient Reports, to view a report for a particular patient.
