Click on the order number to view the Order Details. A new window will open that contains the detailed information about the order.

Order Detail contains the original order information. In certain cases, Zoasis does not receive original order information for phone or faxed orders. However, all original information for orders placed through the Zoasis website can be found.

1. Actions Drop Down Menu- Allows you to print any order
2. Received – Date that the order was placed
3. Status – Status of the order on Zoasis (See: Understanding Order Status)
4. Order Detail – SKU, Product, Status, Price and Ship Date for each item
5. Subtotal – Total price without tax or shipping charges for the order
