You can use keywords to search the Zoasis library. A keyword is a major word or concept that might appear in an article you are looking for. Some example keywords might be "dog," "cancer," or "renal." You can search for keywords in any of four different categories.

Abstract: Looks for keywords within the text of the abstract.
Author: Searches for the author’s name.
Journal Name: Finds any part of the Medline Abbreviation journal title.
Title: Searches for keywords within the title of the abstract only.
Additionally, you can search using the ALL option, which will find your keywords in any of the above categories. You can also narrow down your search to a particular year by using the date range option.

To search for an abstract, first choose they type of search you’d like to perform (from the options explained above). Then, type the keyword(s) into the blank box. Finally, if necessary, adjust the date range. When your criteria have been entered, click the GO button. The search results will appear in the right hand side of the page.
