| You may have occasion to log into more than one Zoasis account. To switch between hospitals, you will need to log out of the first before you can log in to the second. From your Hospital Homepage, click "Change User / Log Out", as shown below. |

| Next, from the User Login page, click on the link "Not Your Hospital? Click Here". You can then choose a new hospital by entering its Zoasis ID and ZIP. |
