The following are a list of common problems with log-in, along with their solutions.
- Zoasis ID and ZIP do not match
– Your Zoasis ID is not your Antech account number. Each
hospital is assigned a unique Zoasis ID number by Zoasis. If you
do not know what your Zoasis ID number is, you can contact Antech
Customer Service or account manager for assistance.
If you are typing in your Zoasis ID number and ZIP, it is possible
that the ZIP we have on file is not the same as the one you are
using (this can happen if your ZIP has recently been changed by
USPS). You can try an old ZIP code, or contact Antech Customer
Service or account manager to have the information corrected.
- User Name and Password do not match
– First, check to make sure you are on the right screen.
Does the page prompt you for User Name and Password, or is it
requesting Zoasis ID and ZIP? Occasionally we will update the
website and the “cookie” that remembers your Zoasis
ID will expire. If this occurs, you will be prompted to enter
your Zoasis ID again, even though you had been bypassing that
piece of the login process before. You must enter the information
that the page is requesting.
Next, check to be sure that you are logged into the correct location.
Look above the User Name and Password fields. Do you see your
hospital name? If not, you are logged into another hospital. Click
"Not Your Hospital? Click Here" to change hospitals.
Finally, be sure that you are typing in your User Name and Password
exactly how you registered them. Both User Name and Password are
case-sensitive, and they can be all CAPS, all lower case, or Mixed
Case. Check your CAPS LOCK key to make sure it is on or off as
needed.
If you have a valid e-mail address on file, you can retrieve the
password information by clicking the "Forgot Your Password"
link.
- "Page Cannot Be Displayed"
error, or endless log-in loop – These errors are
typically caused by low security settings on your Internet browser.
In Internet Explorer 6.X, or 7.0 check the following:
Encryption – In your browser toolbar, go to HELP -->
About Internet Explorer. "Cipher Strength" should be
no less than 128-bit. If it is lower, you will need to upgrade
your browser. Internet Explorer upgrades can be found at www.microsoft.com/downloads.
Cookies – Your browser must be set to accept cookies. In
your browser toolbar, go to Tools --> Internet Options. Select
the Privacy tab, then click on the ADVANCED button. Make sure
that your settings appear exactly as shown below.
After you have checked all of these settings, and updated where
necessary, close all browser windows and then re-open to access
Zoasis again.
Additional Information – Please see the
Log-In help pages for additional assistance.
