Using the Product Search

The product search allows you to find an item based on one of four criteria: Description, SKU, Manufacturer, or Manufacturer SKU. Type the search criteria in the box to the right of the drop-down. You can see each of these items in the illustration below.

1. Description – The name of the product. This will look for what you type in the entire description we have on file. For example, you might search for “stopcock” to find this item.
2. SKU – The vendor catalog number. This will search the beginning digits of our SKU numbers. For example, you might search by “023” to find this item.
3. Manufacturer – The name of the product manufacturer. This also looks through the entire name for whatever you typed. You could find this item by searching for “braun”.
4. Manufacturer SKU – The manufacturer catalog number. This also searches the just the first digits. You could find this item by searching for “455”

Note: It is not necessary to type quotation marks (“”) when entering search criteria.
