Tracking Items and Shipments
   
 
In Order Details, you will find a status for each item that has been ordered. Items can be "Shipped" (in transit or delivered), "Back-ordered" (temporarily out of vendor stock), "Open" (drop-shipping from manufacturer – shipment not yet confirmed), or "Cancelled" (SKU is discontinued by vendor or has been changed to new SKU#).

In the example above one item, Methimazole (SKU 4218068), is Back Ordered. This item is temporarily out of stock. Note that no charges have been applied towards this item.

For vendors that use standard shipping services (UPS or FedEx), you can track any items that have been shipped. Simply click on the Tracking No. link at the top right of Order Details. You will be redirected to the courier’s website (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to track the package. Below, an order has been referred to the UPS website to show a confirmed package delivery.
