Understanding Order Status
   
 

The status of your order will change through various stages of processing. It is important to understand what each status means.

   1. NEW – You have just placed your order. It is ready for Zoasis to pass along to the vendor.
   2. SENT – Zoasis has taken your order and sent it to the vendor to be processed.
   3. RECEIVED – The vendor has received your order and will begin processing it.
   4. OPEN – Your order is in the process of being fulfilled. Some items (but not all) may have been shipped and invoiced. Some items may be on backorder.
   5. CLOSED – Your order is completed. There are no items left on backorder and all products have been shipped and invoiced.

The process that moves your order from NEW to RECEIVED can take up to two hours. Most often, though, the orders in your order history will be either OPEN or CLOSED.
