Features of a Template
   
 

A template contains logical groupings of items that you order frequently. They can be easily customized for your hospital. Each item row on the template contains:

  • Item # - The vendor’s SKU number for the product
  • Product Name – A description of the product
  • Units – The number of items shipped per SKU (ex: box, each, etc.)
  • Price – The current price of the item
  • Vendor – The name of the vendor which carries the product
  • Quantity On Hand* – Optional field for entering on-hand inventory
  • Quantity Optimal* - Static field which works with on-hand quantity to determine order quantities
  • Quantity Order – Allows you to choose how many of the item to buy
  • / – Selects or de-selects the item for inclusion in your shopping cart
