Determining Where to save your Downloaded results on your Computer

Zoasis cannot provide instruction on where to save your results to. This information varies from software to software, even clinic to clinic. Please contact your software company to determine what location you should save your results to. You will be given an opportunity to set the Destination Directory at the end of this tutorial or you can also edit the destination directory at anytime, by following these steps.

1. Click on “My Account” on the Welcome page

2. Click on “Clinic” on the upper right hand side.

3. You will now see your account settings. Scroll down to the section called “Lab Result Auto Download”

4. Type in your file destination in the “Download Result File Destination Directory” box and then click “Save”.
